Excellent service! Alex quickly fit us into his schedule. Arrived on time (actually earlier than originally planned which was awesome), removed his shoes before entering our home (very respectful), diagnosed our washing machine and repaired it in a very short amount of time. Was honest and provided us with two options for our repair. I would definitely use this company again if needed.

Technician came and did quick work diagnosing problem. He had the parts ready and once I approved completely rebuilt the damaged components and assembly. In addition he spotted future failures and performed maintenance to head off another repair call. I would definitely recommend him.

Alex was great! We had a complicated repair and he ordered parts and came with his associate and they fixed the washer perfectly. Also left the laundry room really clean. Highly recommend. The man knows his appliances! And he’s very pleasant and polite. Really happy!
